Refunds & Returns
Because prints are custom-made, all print sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days and include photos of the damage and the packaging. I’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Digital Downloads
Digital purchases are non-refundable.
Downloads are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, printed for resale, or used commercially without written permission.
File sizes and usage details may vary and will be clearly listed on each digital product page.
Shipping
Prints are professionally produced through a trusted photo lab and shipped directly to you.
I currently ship within the United States only.
Most orders ship within 7–10 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on location.
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact me so I can help resolve it.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping costs to resend.
Color Notice
Because monitors and devices display color differently, print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Taxes & Fees
Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Print Care
To keep your print looking its best, avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and contact with sharp objects until it is framed or displayed.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, unless production has already begun.
Once printing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
